Terms of use

myleadsafe is a free tool for keeping your own record of lead certificates, registrations and due dates for rental property. By using it you agree to these terms.
- Not a government service. myleadsafe is not affiliated with any federal, state or local agency. It does not register, file, inspect or certify anything. A record in myleadsafe is not a certificate and does not meet any legal requirement by itself.
- Not legal advice. Lead rules differ by state, county and town and change over time. Due dates in the app are estimates from published rules and the dates you enter. Confirm what applies to your property with your town or city, the state agency, or a lawyer.
- Hire certified people. Lead inspections, risk assessments, dust-wipe clearances and lead hazard work must be done by people certified or licensed for that work where your property is.
- Your data is your responsibility. Your records are stored on your device. We can’t recover them for you. Download backups.
- No warranty. The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Intuzu is not liable for fines, penalties or other damages from using it.
